The health benefits and other benefits of consuming soy milk are substantial.

Before the fall of Adam and Eve, the first man and the first woman, created in the image of God, who were both white people, no meat was consumed in order to eat, since consuming meat involves killing animals, which involves death.

There was no death before the fall of Adam and Eve, therefore no killing of animals before the fall of Adam and Eve and therefore no consumption of meat in order to eat before the fall of Adam and Eve.

Before the fall of Adam and Eve, the entire diet of mankind was directly plant-based.

Calling males who consume soy milk instead of dairy milk “soy boys” is a psychological operation by the Rothschilds-led synagogue of Satan that seeks to prevent males from obtaining the following substantial health benefits and other benefits of consuming soy milk.

About ten years ago, I used to consume soy milk with my breakfast, for more than ten years, instead of consuming dairy milk with my breakfast.

I foolishly changed back to consuming dairy milk with my breakfast for the last circa ten years because I was erroneously concerned that soy milk did not contain as much calcium for my bones as dairy milk.

Inevitably, I foolishly got this impression as a result of reading articles in the mainstream media, which is controlled by the Rothschilds-led synagogue of Satan, which articles were designed to discourage males from consuming soy milk and thereby obtain the substantial nutritional benefits and health benefits of consuming soy milk.

Today, I have realised that my health has declined significantly as a result of changing back to consuming dairy milk with my breakfast from consuming soy milk with my breakfast.

I expect to be able to reverse this significant decline in my health by again changing from consuming dairy milk with my breakfast to consuming soy milk with my breakfast.
