When Wisconsin temporarily stopped counting the votes on the night of the 2020 United States Presidential Election, Tuesday, November 3rd, Trump was 116,148 votes ahead of Biden in Wisconsin with a 51% share of the vote (accounting for votes for all parties, including parties other than the Republican Party and the Democratic Party).  At that time, Biden had a 47% share of the vote (accounting for all parties, including parties other than the Republican Party and the Democratic Party).

By Monday, November 9th, Trump’s lead in Wisconsin had been dramatically eliminated.  Furthermore, Trump was now trailing Biden by 20,540 votes so that Trump had just a 49% share of the vote (accounting for votes for all parties, including parties other than the Republican Party and the Democratic Party).

Notes:

The vote counts above for Wisconsin on election night, Tuesday, November 3rd, have been obtained from their first appearance in the news ticker in the video above of President Donald Trump’s election night remarks at the 27 second mark.

“vc %” stands for “vote count percentage”

For the purpose of calculating the vote count percentages, vote counts for parties other than the Republican Party and the Democratic Party have been ignored.

The only way that the Democrats could have made up Trump’s lead of 116,148 votes and establish their lead at the present time of 20,540 votes, is if they engaged in large-scale vote fraud involving tens of thousands of manufactured, fraudulent ballots that were marked to favor the Democrats and added to the count of legitimate votes in counties in Wisconsin after the counting was temporarily stopped on the night of the election.

However, the Democrats had to do more than make up these 116,148 votes, as well as establish their lead at the present time of 20,540 votes.  The vote counting in all of the numerous counties in Wisconsin recommenced after election night and then continued on in the days after election night.  Therefore, the Democrats had to also make up the lead that Trump achieved within this counting in Wisconsin from the time that the vote counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election to the present time, assuming that the share of the vote that Trump achieved during this period, discounting the manufactured, fraudulent ballots that the Democrats had added to the count of legitimate votes, was the same as the share of the vote that Trump achieved by the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election, which was 51% (accounting for votes for all parties, including parties other than the Republican Party and the Democratic Party).

This means that the number of fraudulent ballots that the Democrats had to manufacture and add to the count of legitimate votes was equal to

116,148 + 20,540 + {128,596 – [(128,596 / 0.51) * 0.47]}

which equals

116,148 + 20,540 + 10,086 (rounded up to the nearest whole)

which equals

146,774

This calculation is based on the assumption that all legitimate votes for Trump that had not yet been counted at the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election were counted during the period from the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election to the present time and that they were not otherwise fraudulently set aside without being counted or fraudulently destroyed without being counted.

This calculation is also based on the assumption that no legitimate votes for Trump were fraudulently subtracted from the count of legitimate votes during the period from the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election to the present time after having already been previously counted, either before the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election or after the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election.

It is highly likely that the first assumption above is not valid and it is uncertain as to whether the second assumption above is not valid.  Therefore it is highly likely that the number of fraudulent ballots that the Democrats manufactured and added to the count of legitimate votes is less than the number calculated above of 146,774.

For every legitimate vote for Trump that had not yet been counted at the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election and that was fraudulently set aside without being counted or fraudulently destroyed without being counted during the period from the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election to the present time, the Democrats needed to add one less manufactured, fraudulent ballot that was marked to favor the Democrats to the count of legitimate votes.

For every legitimate vote for Trump that was fraudulently subtracted from the count of legitimate votes during the period from the time the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election to the present time after having already been previously counted, either before the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election or after the counting temporarily stopped on the night of the election, the Democrats needed to add one less manufactured, fraudulent ballot that was marked to favor the Democrats to the count of legitimate votes.

In order to make up Trump’s lead over Biden on the night of the election of 116,148 votes and establish Biden’s lead over Trump at the present time of 20,540 votes, as well as make up Trump’s lead over Biden during the period of counting from the night of the election to the present time of 10,086 votes, the Democrats could have

added 146,774 (say 148,000) manufactured, fraudulent ballots that were marked to favor Biden

or

destroyed 146,774 (say 148,000) legitimate votes that favored Trump

The problem with both of these two options is that they would have both distorted the vote total for the relevant counties in which this fraud is perpetrated (i.e. total number of votes cast in these counties) by increasing this total by 148,000 or reducing this total by 148,000, which would also distort the voter turnouts (percentages) for the relevant counties.  These distortions can attract suspicion from poll observers and interested third parties.

If the Democrats added 74,000 manufactured, fraudulent ballots that were marked to favor Biden (i.e. half of 148,000)

and

if the Democrats destroyed 74,000 legitimate votes that favored Trump (i.e. half of 148,000)

then the vote totals for the relevant counties (i.e. total number of votes cast in these counties) in which this fraud is perpetrated would remain unchanged and the voter turnouts (percentages) for the relevant counties would not be distorted.

Irrespective of whether the Democrats made up the votes they needed using 148,000 manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats, or half this number, being 74,000 manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats, the vote fraud that the Democrats have quite obviously perpetrated in the state of Wisconsin involves a significant number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats.

The most straightforward way for the Democrats to add such a significant number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots in with the existing legitimate ballots in Wisconsin is to add them to the counts of legitimate votes in counties in Wisconsin with the largest populations where it is commonly assumed, based on past performance in previous elections, that the Democrat vote count will exceed the Republican vote count.  It is important that these counties have large populations, because there is a significant number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots to be added to the counts of legitimate votes in these counties.  It would not be as straightforward to add these manufactured, fraudulent ballots to the counts of legitimate votes in many counties with smaller populations because the normal total number of votes cast is too small to accommodate a significant number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots or even a portion of them.  Namely, the number of Republican votes is too low to be able to destroy the required number of legitimate Trump votes or the total number of Democrat votes is too small to be able to add the required number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats, without pushing the Democrat vote total percentage up too high and attracting suspicion.

Note that it is also possible to add manufactured, fraudulent ballots to the count of legitimate votes in counties in which the Republicans are leading in the vote count.  Due to my lack of experience and knowledge in this area of vote fraud, I cannot discount the possibility that this is occurring in Wisconsin.  However, I believe it is more likely that these manufactured, fraudulent ballots are being added to counties in which the Democrats are leading in the vote count.  The reason for this belief is that adding such ballots to counties in which the Republicans are leading in the vote count could directly cause the Democrats to become the leaders in the vote count in those counties.  Such an outcome would likely be inconsistent with the expectations of voting citizens in those counties, based on their knowledge of the voting intentions of their peers in those counties, and could therefore attract suspicion amongst citizens in those counties of the perpetration of vote fraud in those counties.

I cannot overstate that it is of critical importance to note that an inevitable result of adding manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that are marked to favor the Democrats, to the count of legitimate votes in any given county will always increase the percentage of total votes favoring the Democrats in that county.  Adding a larger number of these manufactured, fraudulent ballots to the count of legitimate votes in any given county will increase this percentage by an even larger amount in that county.

For this reason, counties in Wisconsin in which Democrats are leading in their counts of legitimate votes and in which manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that are marked to favor the Democrats, have been added to their counts of legitimate votes will tend to have higher percentages of the total number of votes favoring the Democrats than other counties in Wisconsin in which the Democrats are leading in their counts of legitimate votes and in which no manufactured, fraudulent ballots have been added to their counts of legitimate votes.

It is inevitable that the larger the number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that are marked to favor the Democrats, that are added to the count of legitimate votes in a county in which Democrats are leading in this count, the higher the percentage share of the total votes that the Democrats receive will be pushed up.  As the number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots that are added to the count of legitimate votes increases, the higher this percentage is pushed up and, as a direct consequence, the more suspicious observers of the vote count become about the integrity of the vote count having been compromised by vote fraud.

If you click on the map of Wisconsin on the following web page, you can see the counties in which the Democrats are leading, obviously in blue:

foxnews.com/elections/2020/general-results

If you hover your mouse cursor over a county, the name of the county together with the current vote tallies for the county appear.

The extensive vote fraud that has been perpetrated by the Democrats in Wisconsin involved manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats and that were added to the count of legitimate votes in blue counties with large populations and with what are now large Democrat leads in the vote count as a direct result of the addition of these fraudulent ballots.  These blue counties in Wisconsin in which the Democrats have committed extensive vote fraud may include:

Dane County (Estimated population 546,695)

> located near the bottom of the state of Wisconsin, large and rectangular in shape

> currently 260,157 votes for Biden (75.7%) and 78,789 votes for Trump (22.9%)

Milwaukee County (Estimated population 945,726)

> located at the bottom right of the state on the water

> currently 317,251 votes for Biden (69.4%) and 134,355 votes for Trump (29.4%)

Notice that the percentages of the total vote that the Democrats have received in Dane and Milwaukee counties exceed 65%, whereas most of these same percentages in all of the other blue counties in Wisconsin (in which the Democrats are leading in the vote count) are less than 55%.  The other blue counties whose percentages exceed 55% are counties with mostly small populations.  Three of these counties have percentages close to 55% and one of them whose percentage is 82.2% (Menominee County near the top right of the state) has a very small population.  I hypothesise that the reason for this discrepancy is that the Democrats are perpetrating vote fraud in Dane and Milwaukee counties in order to spread the vote fraud that they commit in Wisconsin out amongst two counties so that it is less noticeable and less likely to attract the suspicion of interested third parties.

Milwaukee County is completely surrounded by four counties in which the Republicans won the largest share of the votes, being Ozaukee County (55.4%), Washington County (68.4%), Waukesha County (59.8%) and Racine County (51.3%).  It is therefore highly suspicious that the Democrats achieved such a high percentage of the vote count in Milwaukee County of 69.4%.

Notice also that the percentage of the total vote that Democrats have received in Dane and Milwaukee counties, is much higher than the statewide percentage of the total vote that Democrats have received in Wisconsin, which is currently 49.6%.  This percentage is relatively close to the percentage of the total vote that Republicans have received in Wisconsin, which is currently 48.9%.  The reason that these two percentages are relatively close, is that the Democrats added just enough manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats, to the count of legitimate votes in counties in Wisconsin, in order to eliminate the lead that the Republicans had over the Democrats in the vote count in Wisconsin and also to obtain a modest lead over the Republicans in the same vote count in Wisconsin.

From the high percentage of the total vote that Democrats have received in Dane and Milwaukee counties of 75.7% and 69.4% respectively, it is logical to hypothesise that a large number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that were marked to favor the Democrats, have been added to the count of legitimate votes in Dane and Milwaukee counties or a large number of legitimate votes that favored Trump have been removed from the count of legitimate votes in Dane and Milwaukee counties or both.

Any suspicious behavior of the poll officials, poll supervisors and poll workers at the vote counting centers in Dane or Milwaukee counties is consistent with this obvious hypothesis.  This suspicious behavior may include:

> Strong reluctance to allow poll observers, particularly poll observers representing the Republican Party, into the voter counting center to observe the vote counting.

> Preventing poll observers, particularly poll observers who represent the Republican Party, who do manage to enter the vote counting center from signing out when they depart from the center, as an excuse for not allowing other poll observers, particularly poll observers who represent the Republican Party, from entering the vote counting center under any restrictions in place at the vote counting center on the number of people who may occupy the center at any given time, such as any restrictions relating to the current Coronavirus hoax.

> Not allowing poll observers to move close enough to the poll workers to be able to properly observe the vote counting.

> Blocking windows in the vote counting center in order to prevent poll observers from observing activity such as vote counting.

> Forcing poll observers, who have a legal right to attend the vote counting center in order to observe the activity in the center, to leave the center.

> Ignoring court orders presented by interested third parties which have been issued in order to provide those interested third parties with the legal right to take certain actions in relation to the vote counting center and the activity inside of it, such as entering the center to observe the activity in the center, such as the vote count.

> Harassment of interested third parties and poll watchers who have a legal right to attend the vote counting center.

Poll observers or interested third parties at a vote counting center for a county in Wisconsin, such as Dane or Milwaukee counties, in which manufactured, fraudulent ballots have been added to the count of legitimate votes in large numbers may expect to see or find:

> non-routine activity related to processing the manufactured, fraudulent ballots in order to ensure that they conform to the protocols that apply to legitimate ballots

> the removal of legitimate ballots that favor the Republicans in order to ensure that they are not counted in the course of the normal process of counting legitimate votes

> a large number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, which are deemed by poll officials, poll supervisors and poll workers, to be legitimate ballots, all of which are marked to favor the Democrats, because they are manufactured, fraudulent ballots, so that an expected random number of legitimate ballots that favor the Republicans are not present amongst these fraudulent ballots

The obvious reason why representatives of the Trump campaign may have encountered such chaotic behaviour from poll officials, poll supervisors and poll workers at the vote counting centers in Dane and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin over the past few days is that large-scale vote fraud involving a large number of manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that have been marked to favor the Democrats, has been taking place in these vote counting centers during the vote counting for this presidential election as part of the large-scale vote fraud that Democrats have perpetrated in Wisconsin in order to eliminate Trump’s lead over Biden in the vote count in Wisconsin on the night of the election, Tuesday, November 3rd, and in order to obtain a modest lead over Trump in this same vote count.

The poll officials, poll supervisors and poll workers are not concentrating exclusively on the relatively linear and orderly task of counting the legitimate ballots that have been cast by citizens in the state of Wisconsin in this election. They have the added complication of managing the manufactured, fraudulent ballots, that have been marked to favor the Democrats, and adding them to the count of legitimate votes in the correct quantities in order to achieve their objective of winning the final vote count in the state. They also have the added complication of removing legitimate ballots that favor the Republicans from the collection of uncounted legitimate ballots in order to achieve this same objective, as well as disposing of those legitimate ballots that have been removed without being detected.

This is a lot for poll officials, poll supervisors and poll workers to be concentrating on. The perpetration by the Democrats of fraud in this election in the state of Wisconsin adds a lot of complexity to what is already a very demanding task of counting the votes. It is no wonder that poll observers and interested third parties who may have tried to obtain access to the vote counting centers in Dane and Milwaukee counties in Wisconsin over the past few days in order to observe the vote count and monitor the activity in those centers, may have encountered startlingly chaotic environments at those centers.
